Shipment
Shipments are normally done using Post Denmark, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping fee is Euro 25.00 excl. VAT.

Delivery time
Delivery time is normally 3 days, but is depending on your address.

It is our intentions to deliver according to our listed terms of delivery time, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and delivery failures. If this should happened please do not hesitate to contact us at info@bee-line.dk

Prices
All prices in the English version of our shop is in EUR exclusive of 25% VAT. Shipping fee will be specified in the payment section.

Complaints
Complaints concerning the product or the invoice must be made within 8 days from invoice date via info@bee-line.dk Cancellations Orders will be processed very quickly. Please check the order before submitting it. Request for cancellation must be made through info@bee-line.dk or +45 7522 3700 immediately after submitting the order

Damage of shipment
If you discover that the shipment is damaged at delivery, please contact us immediately at info@bee-line.dk

Wrong product
If we have sent you the wrong product it must be returned immediately in original packaging and you must inform us at info@bee-line.dk. By failing to do so you lose the right to return the product.

Returns
Return of products are only possible if the original packaging is not broken. If you wish to return the product you must inform us at info@bee-line.dk before returning the product. You will be given a reference number to put on the shipment. By failing to do so you lose the right to return the product.

Rights
Our images are royalty free. You are free to use the images in graphical work for you or your customers. You are not allowed to sell or by any means redistribute the images. Bee-line has the copyright to the images according to Danish Law

Warranty
Since our products are images and layouts we cannot offer any warranty other than that the images should be viewable and editable in software programs that support the file-format. If you cannot open or edit the images contact us at info@bee-line.dk . The software used to view and edit the images is not included.

The warranty does not apply to

* Misuse or external influences.
* Training and support
* Any damages caused by the misuse of our product.
* Bee-line is not liable for lost profits in commercial enterprises.
